My "Washington Geographic Names Information System Alphabetical List"
places "Camas Prairie" in Klickitat County at 45o57'55"N, 121o19'20"W.
Source is listed as "15' Quad". Basically, this is your Conboy Lake NWR,
south of Glenwood. (DeLorme Page 25, A6).
