Bruce,

Being the hotline operator, I can say that I have never brushed off any
report. I can also say looking at the hotline transcripts from February to
June that are no reports of any Kites from you. I have never left any
message to anyone saying that they did not see what they reported. If I
do call someone about a report, I discuss the observation with them
before I give my opinion about the report. I would never tell anyone that
they did not see what they reported without first talking to them and
getting the details. Are you sure that you called the Seattle RBA?

The type of attitude that you discribe is one I hate getting from
other poeple. I would never in turn give it to someone else. Please don't
give me a reputation that I don't deserve.
