There was a recent thread on Birdchat concerning hurt feelings when reports
of rarities were discounted due to lack of documentation. Could someone
publish "Da Rooles", on Tweeters, for reporting rarities so that everyone
understands what it takes: multiple observers, a written decription,
photograph, etc. etc., and to whom to report such sightings in addition to
the RBA?
