Hello birders of tweeters!

If there's any french speaking birders hiding out there, you may
be interested to know that there is a new mailing list about birds
(please, don't flame me. I don't intend to steal your
subscribers... :-) ). ORNITHO-QC have just started a few weeks ago.
This list was create to discuss about ornithology (please, keep pets
on leash...). The list started in Quebec (Canada), but may extend its
operations outside (N. America, Europe, Africa, etc.) if
people from there want to join. French will be the main language of
communication. Topics discussed will be about the same as BIRDCHAT
(for people who are subscribing, of course): questions, trip reports,
observations, RBA transcripts, etc. etc. etc.

Well, so far were only about a dozen... (sure, laugh... but just wait
a century or two and you will see...)

To join, send a message to MAJORDOMO at ORNITHO.COM

Keep the SUBJECT heading empty and write 'subscribe ornitho-qc' in the
message. Please, remove your signature when writing to majordomo
(he's not the friendly kind of guy...). You must receive instruction
when signing in.
