Kelly's explanation that the Commission wanted to profile bullfrogs as
"huntable edible" to increase the take gave me pause. I'm going to suggest
to them that they remove the bag limit even if it's currently tough to fill
the present, generous limit. Secondly, I'm going to get a frog gig and
take it on birding/camping trips. Too bad you can't eat loostrife.
