We had one lone BAND-TAIL on Deborah Raymond's Whidbey S.A.S. trip
Saturday. In addition to the usual array of peeps, dowies, etc. we did
have nine SURFBIRDS working the pilings at the pier at Coupeville,
Penn Cove.
