Brenda et al.,

There's been an active Barred Owl pair nesting there the past three
years. A Barn Owl once nested in the tower of the northern complex of
buildings and Ruffed Grouse were in the woods there into the early 1980s,
I believe. Pileated Woodies, of course, and the usual
hemlock/cedar/alder/maple woodland species. Rufous Hummers at the
salmonberry patches in March...
