The Everett Christmas Bird Count will take place on Sunday, December 31.
If you are interested in participating, please contact me. We are
interested in having as many participants as are willing. If you are an
experienced birder, we will try to carve you out your own area to do. If
you are a beginner, or would prefer not to have sole responsibility for
an area, I will try to pair you with another, more experienced birder.

I intend to shift the center of the count circle slightly from where it
has traditionally been. The shift will allow more of the Snohomish River
Delta (e.g., the Everett sewage treatment lagoons and Spencer Island) to be
included.

I have a long list (well, 15 anyway) of people who have done the count in
the past to call and confer with, so some of you may hear from me no
matter what :-) But don't assume I know you - give me a call (leave a
message) or e-mail me back.

Lastly, I am new to the area and just getting to know people. If any of
you out there know of good birders, especially from North Snohomish
County, whom I should contact, please send me some names!
