To the list of birds that sometimes dine at suet feeders,
let me add the Scrub Jay and the Steller's Jay that squabbled
over precedence at my mother's suet feeder in Salem, Oregon.
(I could not tell whether they were partial to the suet or
the seeds in the commercial suet block.)
