I've begun work on the Palouse Birding WWW site, and I thought I'd let
you know what I had in mind.

The ultimate plan is to provide a list of cool birding sites, each having
its own page. On each site's page will be a photograph taken at the site,
and information (perhaps a scanned in map?) on how to get there. Of
course, information on expected species will be included too.
Information will come from my birding experience at the sites plus any
anecdotes I can talk the local birders out of. Kas has emailed me an
awesome list of sites (most with species) which I am still exploring.

I expect that the site will take another week or two to get up on its
feet. Is there any info besides location, direction, and species that you
guys would like to see on the WWW page? I plan also to post the hunting
season dates (as this is important for trip planning) and the Christmas
Count list from last year's Palouse Audubon Society newsletter thingie
(assuming I can find it under all my notes for finals...:-)

Thanks for the advice,
-Pat (Pullman, WA)
