I don' think they all are. We were able to work together on the Ivan the
Gorilla issue despite some AR views about zoos. I do gree that they are
playing a part in raising everyone's awareness about ethical issues in
research.

However this thread points out pretty clearly the diferences of opinion on
these issues, the need for scientist to join the fray and to keep on talking
so its not just the AR point of view that gets out.
