Ted's correct on all counts. If you wanted just the metabolic part of
MRI without the image (called NMR), & can donate enough clams to finance
the project, UW chem has some of the top engineers & researchers. Bob,
would $80,000/year be in the right ball park?

Some of the ATL people did some 2-probe work in their college days. They
did find some merit in the surround approach. How big an area of bare
skin can you find on a house finch without plucking it? Maybe we should
start with geese ;-)
