Good morning tweeters,

Would someone be so kind as to provide me with a reference for
identifying exotic fowl that are bred in the US?

My wife sighted a bird which simply *must* be one of these critters -
she described it as quail size, spotted, with a blue head (evocative
of Steller's jay blue) and a vertical red stripe on the cheek. I made
her draw it, and reviewing the National Geographic guide didn't generate
any recognition for her.
