Mike, I used to visit it a lot, years ago, and thought it was really
interesting. Like the Everett ponds, the most interesting times are during
spring and fall migration, when birds, some of them a bit out of place,
come and go.
The marshes around the area were always good for both American Bitterns and
Green Herons, almost dependably present in summer.
I do recall that these ponds were more odoriferous than the Everett ones!
