early December appears to have been massive and far reaching, ranging from
much of coastal Oregon, all of Washington, and much of southern BC, at least.
In total, many thousands. Just along the length of the Long Beach
Peninsuala, Pacific Co., WA,
I counted a steady 40-60 per mile.
