Three hours at Spencer Island today were beautiful! Light conditions were
great. The most birds were along the paved trail through the deciduous
woods between the island and the treatment ponds to the left as you
approach the bridge. The birds were extremely active just after noon,
perhaps celebrating (as I was) the winter solstice.
