I am considering a trip to Ocean Shores to check out the jetty,
and have a couple of questions:

1. What are the best TIDES for 'rock-type shorebirds' ?
(Rock SP, Surfbird, Black Turnstone, etc.)
2. How do the the tide times differ from those in the
Seattle ? Is there an easy conversion ?
