Two years ago we did something like this on Birdchat, followed the
swallows
north along the west coast. Don't remember the details, but I believe that
the
swallows "returned" to Wenatchee, on the east side of the Cascades, the same
day
they returned to Seattle, the first week of March.

I haven't been watching closely, but Robins here in Wenatchee were on
obvious
territories last weekend. An Arctic front is supposed to move through this

weekend, so we'll have to see what happens. Temperatures will drop about 20
to 30
degrees from where they have been.
