Priscilla,

DNR has worked up a list for Washington State. However, to me the list is
suspect. Golden Crowned Kinglet, Pine Siskin and Killdeer are all on their
list. I don't necessarily consider these birds as neotropical migrants in
our area, while further south they might qualify. Two other sources for
lists might be the BLM out of Portland, and the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie N.F..
