Several of us put together a special issue of *Oregon Birds* several
years ago dealing with Neotropical migrants in Oregon, which contains much
useful information not only for Oregon but for the region as a whole. More
work has been done since (e.g., USFS) and there is a larger regional project
underway which Dennis will surely know about.
