There's no pooper-scooper law in Seattle?

Though enforcement is lax, I was personally very surprised at how
many dog owners began picking up after their critters after Portland
passed such a law. Many don't, of course, but I guess the publicity
surrounding the issue at the time educated a lot of dog owners.

I could entertain y'all with stories, but Dennis might think I'm
a scatophile as well as falconophile. :)
