Dear Tweeters

At 9:00 am there were some really small canada geese
feeding on the soccer fields west of the Montlake fill.
Not much bigger than mallards. I am not an avid
birder, but I do recall that some people are fond
of the subspecies (cackling?), whose name I do
not recall.

They'll probably be there tomorrow morning too.
