Recently we seem to have had quite a few "me, toos" on this request. If
anyone else wants to get off the list *please* make a note of how, because

-The other readers of the list *cannot* do this for you, and

-All you do by mailing your requests to the list is fill
the mailboxes of 300 people who can't help you with mail they don't
really want (and you can probably sympathise with that problem, by the
sound of your requests).

To stop receiving Tweeters mail:

Send an e-mail to :

listproc at u.washington.edu

with the subject line blank, and the following as the entire message:

unsubscribe tweeters

That should do it.


Sorry if this comes across as peevedness - it's not meant that way, but I
know my writing style sometimes comes across like that. Also, sorry to
the regular Tweeters for yet another non-bird-related post. I had been
e-mailing the would-be cancellers one by one, but decided this might be
more effective. Also, as far as the listproc address I used above, it
works, I checked. (listproc at lists.u.washington works, too).
