I saw and photographed w.t.t at about 4000 ft while cross country skiing
in the Hansen Creek drainage west of Snoqualmie Pass. They were quite approachable-although they gradually moved away as I tried to approach them on my cross
country skiis. A little downhill into a gully with a camera rather than poles in my hands led to a nice wipe-out!
