As I was sitting here reading messages about birding demographics, an imm.
Northern Goshawk flew past my window. The streaking on the under tail was
clearly visible even without my binoculars (plus it was the size of an
F-14). This is the second Goshawk that I have seen out of my window here
in West Seattle since I have lived here. Oh, now an almost equally rare
event is occurring, it is snowing. It's going to be one of those strange
days, I can tell.
