Kelly, I, too, am an extremely nearsighted birder -- my uncorrected vision
is 20/2000 -- my glasses are impossible to use for more than a short period
of time and are heavy - even in the lighter weight materials. They made
reverse prism glasses for me the last time, which are like what are made
for cataract patients. I thank God for contact lenses, which I have worn
for 34 years. Sometimes, even looking through someone's scope I don't see
everything as clear as others. And I have a broken vessel plus other
floaters in my eyes that makes me think "it's a bird!!!"

I'm so happy I'm not alone in the near-sightedness!

Back to work here (what a place to spend my Saturday)
