Hi again Tweeters,

I read Gene Hunn's request for photos of the Iceland Gull just after
posting my own question about Iceland status. That changes my
perspective quite a bit. In particular, I don't want to start an
"endless debate about identity," so please ignore my previous question.
I think I can now imagine the "status" of the Iceland gull out here.

Former (20yrs) East Coast Birder's perspective on Gene Hunn's comments:
Oh, so it's the Iceland Gull that's the imaginary species and the Thayer's
Gull that's real. Before I moved to Seattle, I thought it was the other
way around. :)
