Re. Idaho, I don't know. However, Idaho extends considerably to the
south of Washington's southeastern corner,.... By the way, I neglected
to say that the Sandy River mouth in is Oregon ca 30 mi east of
present-day Portland and, of course, a short quail-hop from the opposite
(now Washington) shore. Of course, the same is true of the Wrentit!
