This is Dale Goble with the northern Idaho / eastern Washington /
northeastern Oregon bird hotline for Friday, July 7th. Kas is off for a
birding swing through southern Idaho -- so there are essentially no birds
to report.
The only Birds of note reported this week were a pair of
BEWICK'S WRENS
Dan Svingen found a pair of Bewick's Wrens just north of Stites, Idaho.
Stites is on the South Fork of the Clearwater River, south of Kooskia.
Idaho DeLorme p. 55, at B-4.5. The birds were about 100 yards north of
Stites at a 35 mph sign. They were on the river side of the road.
Good Birding!
