A cultural divide. To Americans, 'Vancouver' means Vancouver, Washington; to
Canadians, Vancouver, B.C.

To avoid similar misunderstandings (Jack Bowling was last seen entering the
stratosphere at high velocity :-), could folks indicate which one?
