Actually, you Seattle folk may not be aware of what a big deal
this is to folks from Vancouver, WA. The municipal government
actually started a publicity campaign a few years ago to inform
people that there actually is a town in the US of that name.

Their slogan was "America's City".

You can still see it on the signs announcing that you've crossed
the city line - a RWB flag-like sign underneath the normal
highway city/pop sign.
