I recall having read about the one from Brittany. If my memory serves
me well, it was somewhere between 1991 and 1993.

That was more or less the opinion of the writers of the article I read
also. I am not "involved" enough to have any personal opinion on that
question. And the same for many many others, unfortunately :-(
