The story I heard was that Ivar was lacing frenchfries with drugs down on the
waterfront and feeding thme to sea birds because he wanted to leave no Tern
unstoned.

PS. Male Bald Eagle returned to Discovery Park was doing well as of a couple
of days ago. Parents were feeding him and he seems to be getting stronger.
