Interesting! From the behaviour I've witnessed by both species I would have
bet on the Steller's.

My dad has two Scrub's that he "hand" feeds; he puts the peanuts down next
to him and the Scrub's fly over and pick them up. One will even come to him
when he calls.

The Steller's around my place tend to keep their distance though they're
staying closer than they once did.
