Since Carkeek park is in the north end, perhaps a pub in that vicinity
would be an idea...the Latona pub (Latona and NE 65th), is non-smoking
(but often noisy). The Fiddler's Inn (35th NE and NE 95) is also
non-smoking and much quieter. Both offer the usual assortment of
micro-brews. A Ballard pub would be even closer, if someone knows one
with no-smoking.
