Today at noon, the "No on 164" campaign delivered 230,000 signatures to
the Sectretary of State's Office. That's far more than the 90,000 we
needed and ensures that the extremist "property rights" law will be on
the ballot in November.

Thanks to all who helped with signature gathering!!!!!

Now the real campaign begins--The ballot title will be Referendum 48 and
we'll be urging people to vote "no"--rejecting the so-called property
rights measure. So it's now "No on 48"
