Does this park have pigeons? We teach basic measurement techniques
on pigeons up at the goshutes (before we get the banding stations
constructed), and for most folks it's the first time they've had
a bird in the hand. They're easy to catch, easy to handle, carry
psitticosis...

Or, maybe Dennis could bring some props from the museum, i.e. skins?

Or maybe someone has a pet bird?

Or we could all watch you read "parts of a bird" in Peterson?
