Me too! 2 places I have heard of:
- Point Roberts (even if close to Vancouver, it is still an U.S. peninsula,
so it might not serve everybody...)
- Johnstone Strait (sp?)

I have heard some weeks ago a feature on CBC about the Orcas in Johnstone
Strait. I can't recall having heard anything about birds on the menu, but
certainly a lot of other things, and it is important to distinguish
between the sedentary and the migratory pods: while the sedentary pods
hunt for fish, the migrants hunt essentially everything warmblooded they
come across - sealions, porpoises, even moose.
