Hi Jack,

Enjoyed your comments on tweeters today. I had no idea someone compiled
the RBC decisions for North America, I had always thought that the ABA
should be doing something like that.
In any case, I am contacting you to find out what the scoop is on BC
Great-tailed Grackles. How many records exist for the province? As well, do
you know if there are any photos around of these birds. I am trying to
figure out the range and straying patterns of Great-tails. Thanks for your help.

Lots of shorebirds here, but no passerine migrants yet. This morning I had
a nice flock with Tattlers, Ruddy, Black Turnstones, Western Sands, Willet,
Sanderling, Whimbrel, Marbled Godwit, Short-billed Dowitcher ...not bad for
a morning's birding.
