Shamus,

The North American Waterfowl Banding and Recovery CD-ROM is available at
no charge to researchers (as long as we not overwhelmed with requests).
There are restrictions on publishing data to allow bands a reasonable
right to publish their data first.

We do not have a CD-ROM for other species, but you can request data from
the Bird Banding Lab. Depending on your needs, our analysis programs
that were developed for waterfowl may be useful.

I am sorry about the change in e-mail addresses, but I am glad it got
through.

Paul

Subject: CD-ROM data

North American Bird Bander (Jan-Mar 95)
said you folks have a CD-ROM of NA waterfowl
banding/recovery information. The article didn't say anything about
availability and cost. Also, as a raptor bander, what I'd be more
interested in would be information on nongame bird banding/recovery
data.
