I don't know where they might be roosting, but with the recent, temporary
draining of Capitol Lake, extensive mud flats were exposed, providing a
potential safe haven for roosting terns. Caspians occur regularly in
Olympia at this time of year, but it sounds like 1995 may be a Big year.
