Tongue-in-cheek-regardless, perhaps Dennis is on to something. Does
not the right wing blame eagles for the degradation of human
property rights, and would they not equate the term (not tern)
"national bird" with "national government" and hate both equally?
Perhaps a study should be done to see which wing our national bird
doth favor.

But back to dining on Caspians...is this perhaps a reverse of that
Long fellow's line . . . "and the harpies of the shore shall pluck
the eagle of the sea" constitutionally speaking...
