I was amused when this string started because:
1. I had just visited the fill for the first time in ages (Sat. am -
6 Blue-winged Teal), and after pulling my requisite dozen plants, I
wondered why the UW didn't make pulling a loostrife a graduation
requirement.
2. It was guaranteed that someone associated with a quaint college
in Tacoma would start ranting about starry-eyed tree planters
(amazingly, I agree with him).
3. For the 300th time I wondered why Urban Hort hadnt posted the
area as off limits to bikers ( I am one, but a purist road biker).
4. No, signs wont keep all bikers out but it would allow the rest
of us to rant more effectively as we point with indignation.
5. Of course, I could make the signs, put them up and maintain them.
6. So it goes.
