Are you kidding? The first comments were written in 1976, the second in
1980, and I got my first computer in 1985. The "management" part is 6
pages long but has never been published. It wasn't included in the EIS for
the project because the then head of the CUH opined that the consultant had
no business telling them how to manage the site.

I'll see if our scanner in the building is working. If so, I should be
able to get it on disk and then publish electronically! It probably is
long past time for me to get this on the computer, as I have been asked for
it by students and others numerous times over the years. There are also
habitat and wildlife assessment, and potential impacts of future
development.
