I've said it before, and I'll say it again about every living organism:
they're not evil, they just are. Remember, folks, purple loosestrife is
just an actor who has been thrust into playing the part of the bad guy by,
guess who, human casting directors. If we'd left it alone, it would still
be a marsh plant present in its appropriate habitat in appropriate numbers
just doin' its thing.
