Tweeters, I checked out Western Kingbirds nests this weekend in Chelan and
Okanogan counties, and my only conclusion was that they use a site that
gives their nest maximum support, often between a transformer and a pole
(on either side of the pole) or in the crotch formed when one crossbar
meets another at an angle (again, no matter which side of the main pole).
There sure are a lot of them over there!
