Hi, Dennis--

There was a pair last year that used a box hanging on one of the Twin
Barns at Nisqually, which fledged three..I haven't been able to verify
their presence this year as yet.

Other than that..there seems to be a resident population in the Elma
area along the river back of the airport.. I've seen summer kestrels
in that area and also in Mima Mounds south of OLY and in the Chehalis
River Valley farm country..
