Dennis, unknowingly flirting with disaster, sez:
>Rufous-breasted Pitta. Any comments from the experts?

Michael Price:
Dennis P sees in his yard a Pitta
Running about in leaf litta;
When he finds rects.* of Robin,
He'll likely be sobbin',
Chagrined, and probably bitta.

Uh, Michael, I don't think he meant the limerick experts...

Remember, Stuart doesn't leave until tomorrow, and I'm working
on some REALLY SLOW COMPUTER stuff today, leaving plenty of
time for limericking counterattacks.

Didn't you start this off last time? :)

(Restrain thyself, Baccus. Robin limericks on the day "Batman
Returns" opens - bats are almost birds, no? - are just too easy,
nearly "on-topic", and so tempting, and ... restrain thyself ...)

Price:
*rectrices is the $50 word for tail feathers. One is a rectrix.

Oh, I thought you meant rect.* in the regular expression sense,
i.e. all 12 of them, I suppose, rather than just one or two.
(Robins do have 12, don't they?)
