Great Grey Owls in Okanogan County - the sacrificial bird - is allowed the
utmost respect. One does not need a tape to view that bird!
Please...please...please, do not use a tape! The total WA population of this
magnificent bird may be only a handfuul of pairs. Personally, I worry...but I
guess that the way it goes.
