A young man in the Yakima Valley area has a banded pigeon that flew into his
house. He's interested in knowing whose it is and how he should return it.
The band is gold-colored with the numbers 0585 and above to the right 94.
Below the numbers are two lines of letters--NCI and below that AU. If you
can help the boy, his name is Coleman and his number is 509-874-3690.

I got the call because I'm the local Audubon Society president.
